Over 1,500 Honeycrisp Apple Trees

We choose this type of apple because the Honeycrisp is a near-perfect raw apple. Thanks to the larger individual cells within its flesh, it’s incredibly crisp, boasts a delicate sweet-tart balance, and a light berry flavor. If you plan to harvest apples, come to our pick-your-own fruit farm in late August and early September, when the fruit is at its peak in size and flavor.

Our Fruit and Herb Garden

Our Honeycrisp apples are just the start! In 2021, we planted raspberry and blackberry bushes and an herb garden in the orchard as well. The scenic garden includes strawberry, mint, arugula, basil, rosemary, and thyme, as well as tobacco and hops, providing guests with a variety of options to create organic, fresh dishes.
