PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY

Cabin Guest Rate: $700.00 per person per night +8% Montana Lodging tax. 

Glamping Guest Rate: $400.00 per person per night +8% Montana Lodging tax. 

Alberton Orchards is an all-inclusive boutique guest ranch.  We take pleasure is the details and love to pamper our guests. Your stay includes lodging, breakfast, lunch, and dinner, beer and wine, dessert, laundry service, and on-ranch activities.  Additional off-ranch activities can be reserved but incur an additional fee due to the use of 3rd party guides. These include white-water rafting $75.00 per person, guided horseback riding $150.00 per person, and guided fly fishing $600.00 for a 2-guest raft and guide. Alberton Orchards is happy to make these reservations for you. Trips cancelled by the outfitter, guide or mutual guide/client decision due to unsafe weather or water conditions, state or federal closures, or other uncontrollable circumstances will have the activity refunded.

A 50% deposit is required to reserve your stay and off-ranch activities. The balance is due 30-days prior to your arrival. Your payment is non-refundable, Alberton Orchards will credit your payment for a future stay. Please check the box below to confirm acceptance of our rate and refund policy.

We accept payment by Zelle, Venmo, or credit card. A 3% processing fee will be added to all credit card transactions. 

A 2-night minimum stay is required. 

Prices DO NOT include transportation to/from the Airport, or Montana Fishing License. 

Check-in time is 2pm.  Check out time is 11am. 

Guest passes can be purchased for $250.00. This includes the on-ranch activities, food and beverage but without accommodation. 

Resort Fee and Gratuities

Alberton Orchards offers a single rate. There are no resort fees, hidden fees, or mandatory gratuity.
